<br /> either now ar at the time made�r�urnished or becomes#alse or misleading at any fiime�hereaft�r.
<br /> Defec�ive Collateraliiatian. This D��d ❑f Trust or any of the Rela�ed Dacuments ceases ta be in full f�rce and
<br /> e��ect {�ncluding failure ❑f any co[lateral d�cument ta create a �alid and perfected security interest or lien} at any
<br /> time and fvr any reasan.
<br /> Death or Insolvency. The dissolu�ian o�F Trustor's {regardless of whether e[ect�on fio continue is made�, any
<br /> memb�r withdraws from fhe limited liabiEity company, ❑r any other termination o�Trustor's existenc� as a going
<br /> business or the death af any member, th� insal�ency of Trustar, the appointment ot a recei�er for any part ❑f
