<br /> THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by David C.
<br /> Huston and Nancy L. Huston, Husband and Wife, Borrower, to HERITAGE BANK, Trustee, for
<br /> the benefit of HERITAGE BANK, the Beneficiary named herein, dated June 14, 2004, and
<br /> recorded June 16, 2004, Instrument Number 0200405977, in the office of the Hall County
<br /> Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has been
<br /> requested this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement
