Guardian Mortgagee Corporation ("Guard9an") has been terminated, sa9d mortgage pooled loans being those descr�lbed in that certain 1989 Sub-Serv9cing Agreement entered into by and between GNMA and Sub-Servicer, for the purposes of Sub-Serv9cer performing all acts � and executing all documents in the name of GNh�A necessary and 9ncidental to servjcing the ' said loans, including, but not limited to: � l.
