<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, l b
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated February 28, 2012 and May 14, 2015 and executed by Jay
<br />Hawkins and Kelli Hawkins, Husband and Wife, as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank is
<br />named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of
<br />the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on March 6, 2012 and May 21, 2015, as
<br />Instrument No's 201201743 and 201503305, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot Twenty -Nine (29) in Westwood Park Tenth Subdivision in the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deeds of Trust have been fully
<br />paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
<br />at Grand Island, Nebraska, this 8th day of September, 2016.
