IT IS MY BELIEF THE SURVEYORS IN 1979 ESTABLISHING THE EAST LINE OF PINE <br />STREET FOUND DIFFERENT 1 /16TH CORNER LOCATIONS OR THEY WERE HOLDING A 33' WIDTH AND NOT A 30' <br />WIDTH PER THE DEED.
