<br /> Indehtedness. The word "indebtedness" means afl pr�ncipal, interes�, and o�her amounts, costs and exp�nses
<br /> payable und�r the Credi# Agreement or Related �ocuments, together with all renewafs of, ex�ensians of,
<br /> modifications ❑�, consalidations o� and subs��tutians for the Credit Agreement or Related Documents and any

<br /> Lend�r. The word "Lender" means BANK DF THE VVEST, its successors and assigns. The words "successors or
<br /> assigns"mean any person or.campany that acquires any interest�n the C�edit Agreement.
<br /> Personal Property. The words "Personal Proper�y" mean a�� equipmen�, fixtu�es, and ather articles ofi p�rsonal
<br /> proper�y now or hereafter owned by Trustor, and now or hereafter attached or affixed �o the Real Property;
