Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, dated July 1, 1997 and <br />recorded July 3, 1997, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as <br />Instrument No. 97- 105326 regarding the real estate described in paragraph 3 below. <br />2. Deed of Partial Reconveyance. A portion of the indebtedness secured by the Deed <br />of Trust executed by Artvest III, A Nebraska General Partnership, as trustor, to Earl D. <br />Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of Equitable Bank fka The Equitable Building <br />and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, A Federal Savings Bank, as Beneficiary, <br />dated July 1, 1997, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska as Document No. 97 105326, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in <br />writing that this Partial Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its <br />endorsement below. <br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, <br />the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right title and <br />interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the real estate <br />described in paragraph 3 below. <br />3.
