200003941 DURABLE POWER OF ATTORNEY I MILDRED EMMA GANOW of Grand Island, Nebraska do hereby appoint JOHN DENNIS SHREEFER, of LIMA, OHIO as my true and lawful Attorney in Fact, for me and in my name, to do and perform and execute all or any of the following acts, deeds, and things, that is to say: • To ask, demand, sue for, recover, settle and receive all sums of money, debts, goods and eff ects which are now or may become due owing and payable to me, and deliver receipts and releases therefore; and make investments in a legal manner. • To enter into and sign, execute acknowledge, and deliver any contracts, deeds, or other instruments whatsoever, and to endorse or otherwise deal with any checks, promissory notes or other commercial instruments. • To pay from my funds such monies as my attorney deems necessary to meet my ordinary household, medical and other necessary expenses, and meet and satisfy, by payment from such funds, my outstanding debts as the same become due and payable. • To engage, employ and dismiss any agents, or other persons, or entities including doctors, nurses, hospitals or other care facilities of as my attorney shall deem necessary. • To generally exercise all powers and duties respecting my personal and business affairs in the same manner as I myself could could do were I personally present and handling such affairs. • To determine the extent and nature of medical treatment to be received by me, and to give consent therefore to medical care providers.
