<br /> F�ea� Praperty, or any interes�in the Rea! Proper�y. A "sale or trans�er" means�he can�eyance of Rea� Pr�perty �r any

<br /> Trust.
<br /> Right to Contes�. Trusto�may withho�d payment v�any�ax, assessmen#. or claim in connecti�n with a govd faith
<br /> dispute o�er the obligativn to pay. sa l�ng as L�nder's interes�in the Property is not jevpardized. ff a lien arises or
<br /> is �i1ed as a resuft vf nc:npayment, Trustor shall with�n #ifteen t 1 a} days af�er the �Een a�ises or, i� a lien is filed,
<br /> within fifteen {15� days a�ter Trustor has nati�e v� the fifing, secure the discharge ❑f the �ien, or it requested by
<br /> Lender, deposit w�th Ler�d�r cash vr a sufficient�orpora�te sure�y bond or vth��security sa�isfactary�a Lend�r in an
<br /> amoun�sufficient to discharge the �ien plus any costs and attorneys' fees, ar other charges�hat could accrue as a
<br /> result of a�oreclasure�r sale under th� �ien. In any�ontest�Trustor shall defend itse��and Lender and shalf sa�isfy
<br /> any ad�erse�udgm�nt be�are enforcement against the P�operty. Trust�r shalf nam� Lender as an additiona! obfigee
<br /> under any surety bond furnished in the c�ntes�pr�ceedings.
<br /> EWidence v#Payment. T�-ustar shal[ upan demand furnish to Lender satis�a�tvey e�iden�e v� payment o�the taxes
<br /> �r assessments and shal� authorize the apprvpriate ga�ernmental ofificiaf ta del��er ta Lender at any time a writ�en
<br /> stafiement of the taxes a�d assessments against the Prvperty.
<br /> Nat�ce o�Canstruc��on. Trustor shalf nvtify Lender at leas�fifteen 4�53 days befare any wark is commenced, any
<br /> ser�ices are �urn�shed, �r any mat�riafs are supplied t�the Proper�y, i�any mechani�'s lien, materialmen's fien, or
<br /> oth�r lien cauld b� ass�rted an accaunt v� the wor�. ser�ices, or materiafs and the cos� exceeds $�,4�Q.4�.
<br /> Trus�vr wiil upon request o� Lender furnish tv Lender ad�ance assurances satisfactory �o Lender that Trustor can
<br /> a nd wi f f pay the cas���such impro�ements.
<br /> PR�PERTY DAIVIAGE 1NSUR�NCE. The '�o�[owing p�o�isions relating ta �nsuring �he Praperty are a par�of this Deed o�
<br /> Trus�.
