<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated February 29, 2016, and Assignment of Rents dated February 29,
<br />2016, executed by Jon M. Myers and Chandra L. Myers; Husband and Wife, as Trustors, in which
<br />Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, entered as Instrument No.
<br />201601222, on the 29t of February, 2016, and entered as Instrument No. 201601223, the 29 of
<br />February, 2016, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br />Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />Condominium Unit No. 703, The Yancey, A Condominium, The City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, a Condominium in accordance with the Declaration recorded October 17,
<br />1984, under Document No. 84- 005507 of the County of Hall, State of Nebraska records.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust and Assignment of
<br />Rents has been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust and Assignment of Rents, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without
<br />warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee
<br />hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 2nd day of September, 2016.
