<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE OF A PORTION
<br />OF PROPERTY COVERED BY DEED OF TRUST
<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated June 15, 1999 executed by, LITTLE B'S CORP., A
<br />NEBRASKA CORPORATION, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as
<br />Beneficiary and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as instrument number 99106139 on the 17TH
<br />day of June, 1999, at the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deeds of Trust, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to -wit:
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter (W1/2SW1/4) of Section Twelve (12), Township
<br />Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6w. P.M., in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly
<br />described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the southeast corner of said West Half of the Southwest Quarter (W1/2SW1/4); thence running west on the south
<br />line of said West Half of the Southwest Quarter (W1/2SW1/4), On an Assumed Bearing of N89 °48'23 "W, a distance of Three
<br />Hundred Twenty Seven and Thirty Two Hundredths (327.32) feet, to the southeast corner of Summerfield Estates First Subdivision;
<br />thence running N00 °22'28 "E, a distance of Two Hundred Thirty Four and Forty One Hundredths (234.41) feet; thence running
<br />N89 °31'59 "W, a distance of Fifty Four and Ninety nine Hundredths (54.99) feet, to the southeast corner of Lot Six (6), Block
<br />Three (3), Summerfield Estates First Subdivision; thence running N00 °12'46 "E, to the northeast corner of Lot Six (6), Block Three
<br />(3), Summerfield Estates First Subdivision; thence running S74 °21'10 "E a distance of Ninety Two and eighty Five Hundredths
<br />(92.85) feet, thence running N89 °18'52 "E, a distance of One Hundred Six and Thirty Hundredths (106.30) feet, to the southeast
<br />corner of Lot Eight (8), Block Two (2), Summerfield Estates Fifth Subdivision; thence running N00 °42'03 "W, a distance of Three
<br />Hundred Thirty and Seventy Three Hundredths (330.73) feet, to the northeast corner of Lot Six (6), Block One (1), Summerfield
<br />Estates Fifth Subdivision; thence running N89 °19'13 "E, a distance of One Hundred Eighty (180.00) feet, to the southwest corner
<br />of Lot Three (3), Summerfield Estates Ninth Subdivision, and to a point on the east line of said West Half of the Southwest
<br />Quarter (W1/2SW1/4); thence running S00 °40'54 "E, on the east line of said West Half of the Southwest Quarter (W1/2SW1/4), a
<br />distance of Seven Hundred Fourteen and Forty Six Hundredths (714.46) feet, to the point of beginning and containing 4.409
<br />acres more or less of which 0.247 acres more or less is presently occupied by public road right of way. Net 4.126 acres more
<br />or less.
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated June 15, 1999, recorded as
<br />instrument number 99106139 on the 17th day of June, 1999, at the Register of Deeds office of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, shall remain in full force and effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, this 1st day of September, 2016.
