<br />the Notices of Trustee's Sales filed for record on October 5, 2015, as Instrument No. 2015 -06842
<br />and July 22, 2016, as Instrument No. 2016 -04642 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, which Notice of Default and Notices of Trustee's Sales refers to the Deed of
<br />Trust executed July 5, 2007, by MIREYA J. BORREGO and PEDRO BORREGO, wife and
<br />husband, Trustors, in which FIVE POINTS BANK was named as Beneficiary and U.S. BANK
<br />TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as Trustee, and which was filed for
<br />record on July 5, 2007, as Instrument No. 2007 -05666 in the office of the Register of Deeds for
<br />Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust was assigned by the original Beneficiary, FIVE
<br />POINTS BANK to US BANK NA, by virtue of an Assignment dated July 5, 2007 and filed for
<br />record on July 5, 2007, as Instrument No. 2007 -05667 in the office of the Register of Deeds for
<br />Hall County, Nebraska. GREGORY L. GALLES has been appointed Successor Trustee by
<br />virtue of a Substitution of Trustee executed July 21, 2015. Said Deed of Trust conveys property
<br />legally described as follows:
