<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Deed of Trust dated September 19, 2015, executed by STEVEN G. DURHAM and ROBERTA K. DURHAM;
<br />in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in
<br />the Hall County Register of Deeds Office, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 201506613 on the 25thth day of
<br />September, 2015.
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank, as
<br />Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as
<br />follows:
<br />PART OF LOTS TEN (10) AND ELEVEN (11) OF HOME SUBDIVSION OF THAT PART OF
<br />THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION NINE (9), TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11) NORTH,
<br />RANGE NINE (9) WEST OF THE CH P.M., WHICH LIES WEST OF WHEELER AVENUE AND
<br />MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT THE NORTHEAST
<br />CORNER OF LOT 10 OF HOME SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA, THENCE RUNNING WESTERLY ON THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOTS 10 AND
<br />11 OF SAID HOME SUBDIVISION, A DISTANCE OF 78 FEET, THENCE DUE SOUTH,
<br />PARALLEL WITH THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT ELEVEN (11) AND BEING 18 FEET WEST
<br />OF THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT 11, TO THE NORTH LINE OF 18TH STREET, IF
<br />EXTENDED, THENCE NORTHEASTERLY ALONG WITH NORTH LINE OF 18TH STREET, IF
<br />EXTENDED, TO THE WEST LINE OF WHEELER STREET, THENCE NORTHWESTERLY
<br />ALONG THE WESTERLY LINE OF WHEELER STREET, A DISTANCE OF 50.7 FEET TO THE
<br />PLACE OF BEGINNING.
<br />More Commonly Known As: 304 W. 18TH, GRAND ISLAND NE 68801
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust has been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
