<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Deed of Trust dated February 14, 2014, executed by Steven F Anderson, not personally but as Trustee on
<br />behalf of Steven F. Anderson Revocable Living Trust, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named as
<br />Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in Register of Deeds Office of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as documents 201400898 on the 18th day of February 2014,
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank, as
<br />Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deeds of Trust above mentioned as
<br />follows:
<br />LOT TWELVE (12), COACH PLACE SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, BEING
<br />A REPLAT OF A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED IN THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (SW1 /4) OF
<br />SECTION TWENTY -EIGHT (28), TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11) NORTH, RANGE NINE (9) WEST
<br />OF THE 6TH P.M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, CONTAINING A FRACTIONAL PORTION
<br />OF RIVERSIDE ESTATES UNIT 1 LOTS 1 AND 2 OF REGENCY BY THE GREEN
<br />SUBDIVISION, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED ON PLAT RECORDED AS DOCUMENT
<br />NO. 80- 000444, PLAT RECORDS OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deeds of Trust has been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
