May 1, 2011 <br />l‘g <br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, <br />under the Deed of Trust dated August 16, 2012 and executed by Chad Weylin Vieth and Kori <br />Valjean Lemburg, each a single person, as Trustosr, in which Five Points Bank is named as <br />Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register <br />of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on August 21, 2012, as Instrument No 2012 - 06931. <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five <br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed <br />of Trust above mentioned as follows: <br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deeds of Trust have been fully <br />paid; <br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed <br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person <br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, <br />at Grand Island, Nebraska, this 31st day of August, 2016. <br />FIVE POINTS BANK, <br />A NEBRASKA CORPORATION, <br />TRUSTEE <br />�V `Ill L <br />By: Linda M. lause <br />Title: Assistant Vice President <br />The foregoing Deed of Reconveyance was acknowledged before me this 31st day of <br />August, 2016, by Linda M.
