2� 1 ��5722 <br /> En�ironmenta.l Law,(b}which creates an En��ronmental�ondition,or�c�which,due t�the presence, <br /> use,or re�ease of a Hazardous Substance,creates a condition that adversely affects the�alue of the <br /> Property.The preced�ng two sentences shall not apply to the presence, use,or storage on the Pr�perty <br /> of small quantities�F Ha.zardaus 5ubstances that are general�y recognized to be appropriate to normal <br /> residential uses and to maintenance of the Property(including,but not limited to,hazardous substances <br /> in��nsumer praducts}. <br /> Borrower shal�pr�mptly gi�e Lender written notice of�a�any investigation,c�aim,demand, lawsuit <br /> or other actian by any gover�mental or regulatory agen�y or pri�ate party in�al�ing the Property ar�d <br /> ar►y Hazardous Substance ar En�ironmental Law of which Borrower has actual knowledge,(b}any <br /> Enviranmental�onditian, including but not limited to,any spil�ing, leaking,discharge,release ar <br /> threat�f release�f any Hazardous Substance,and(c}any condition caused by the presence,use or <br /> release of a Hazardous Substance which adversely affects the�alue of the Property. If Borrower learns, <br /> or is not�f ed by any go�ernmental or regulatory authority,or any pri�ate party,that any remova�vr <br /> other remediation of any Hazardous Su�stance affecting the Property is necessary,Borrower shatl <br /> promptly take all ne�essa.ry remedial actions in ac�vrdance with En�ironmental Law.Noth�ng herein <br /> shall create any obligation on Lender for an En�ironmental�leanup. <br /> Non-lJniform Co��nants. Borrower and Lender further co�enant and agree as fallows: <br /> Z�.A�ce�eration; Remedies.
