<br /> This Agreement, made and entered into this ��day of December,

<br /> 1986, between Catherine I. Pirnie Evans and John H. Evans, wife and
<br /> husband, hereinafter called the Sellers, and 3ames Thomas Pirnie and
<br /> Susan Diane Pirnie, husband and wife, hereinafter called the Buyers.
<br /> WITNESSETH, that the Seilers, in consideration of the payment to
<br /> be made by the Buyers and the conditions and covenants to be kept and
<br /> performed by them, as hereinafter set =urth, agree to sell, and the
<br /> Buyers agree to buy, th� real property situated in the County of Hall.
<br /> State of Nebraska, described as follows, to-wit:
<br /> A parcel of land situated in the Southeast Quarter of the
<br /> Northeast Quarter (SE}NE}) of Section Fifteen (15) , Township
<br /> Eleven (11) North, range Nine (9) , West of the 6th P.M. , in
<br /> Hall County, State of Nebraska, bounded and described as follows:
<br /> commencing at the east quarter corner of said Section 15; thence
<br /> along the east line of said Section, North 00 degrees O1 minutes
<br /> 13 seconds East a distance of 66.0 �eet; thence parallel with
<br /> and 66 feet northerly, measured at right angles, from the east-
<br /> west centerline of said Section 15, North 89 degrees, 39 minutes �

<br /> the remaining principal sum of $70, 933. 70. �
<br /> 2. Buyers assume and agree to pay as a part of the purchase price
<br /> a note secured by a mortgage executed by the Seller, Catherine I. `-- ��
<br /> Pirnie Evans and her deceased husband, James D. Pirnie, to the Small
<br /> Business Administration, an agency of the United States Government,
<br /> � in the remaining principal sum of $25,355.47. �
