Address: 1504 N ST PAUL RD, GRAND ISLAND, NE 68801 <br />b. Legal Description: Lot One (1), Little Pioneer Subdivision, in the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />3. The taxpayer name and in whose name the tax assessment is made is: Rutilio Gonzalez <br />Cortez and Guadalupe de Gonzalez, husband and wife, as joint tenants and not as <br />tenants in common. <br />4. The amount of the Tax Certificate No. 20130159, assessed for the year 2011 is: <br />$1,162.24. <br />5. The amount of subsequent taxes paid by the Purchaser for the years 2012, 2013, 2014 <br />is: $3,264.03. <br />6. Interest has accrued on the taxes assessed. The amount of interest to April 05, 2016 is: <br />$1,244.94. <br />Please be advised, pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. § 77- 1831 (2009), that the issuance of a tax deed <br />is subject to the right of redemption under Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 77 -1824 to 77 -1830.
