<br /> Existing Indehtedness. The words "Existing Indebtedness" mean the indebtedness describ�d in the Existing Li�ns
<br /> pro�ision of this D�ed of Trust.
<br /> GuSranty. The word "Guaranty" means the guaranty from guarantvr, endorser, surety, vr accommodation party to
<br /> Lender, including withvut limitation a guaranty❑�all vr part of the Note. � .
<br /> Haz�rdous Substan�es. The words "Hazardvus 5ubstan�es" mean materials that, because of their quantity,
<br /> cvncentration or physical� �hemical or infe�tivus characte�istics. may cause o� pose a present or pvtential hazard
<br /> tv human health or the en�ironmen� when improperly used. treated, stvred, disposed vf, generat�d. manufactured,
<br /> transported vr vtherwise handled. The words "Hazardous Substances" are used in their �ery broadest sense and
<br /> in�lude without limitativn any and ail hazardous or tvxic substances. materials or waste as defined by or iisted
<br /> under the En�ironmental Laws. The term "Hazardous Substances" alsv includes, without limitation, petroleum and
<br /> petraleum by-products or any fraction therevf and ashestos.
<br /> lmpro�ements. The word "Imprv�ements" means a!I exist�ng and future impro�ements, buildings, structures.
<br /> mobile homes af��xed on the Rea� Property, fa�ilities, add�tions. replacements and other cvnstruction on the Real
<br /> Praperty.
<br /> Indebtedness. The word "indebtedness" means all principal, interest. and other amounts, casts and expenses
<br /> payable under the Note ❑r R�lated Documen#s, tngether with all renewals of, �xtensions af, mvdifications of,
<br /> consolidatians of and suhstitutions for the Note or Related ❑vcuments and any amvunts expended vr ad�anGed by
<br /> Lender to discharge Trustor's obligations or expenses incurred by Truste� or Lender to enf��ce Trustor's
<br /> vbligations under this Deed�f Trust, together with interest�n such amounts as pro�ided in this Deed of Trust.
