<br /> DEFINfTl�NS. The fvllowing words shall have fhe fallowing meanings when used in this ❑eed of Trust:

<br /> En�iranmental Laws. The words "En�ironmentai Laws" mean any and all state, federal and Iocal statutes,
<br /> regulations and ordinances relating tv the protection of human hea�th or the environment, including without
<br /> limitatiar� the Gvmprehensive Enuironmental Response, Gompensation, and Liabi�ity Act of �98fl, as amended, 42
<br /> U.S.C. 5ection 96n'1, et seq. ("CERCLA"}, the Superfund Amendments and Reauth�ri�ation Act of 1986, Pub. L.
<br /> No.99-499 ("SARA"},the Hazard�us Materials Transportatian Act,49 U.S.�.Sect�an 180�, et seq.,#he Resour�e
<br /> Conservai�on and Recovery Act, 42 U.S.�. Section 690�, et seq., vr other applicable state or federal laws, rules,
<br /> or regulations adapted pursuant thereto.
<br /> E�ent of Default. The wards"E�ent vf Default"msan any of the events of default set forth in this Deed of Trust in
<br /> the e�ents of default section vf this Deed of Trust. � � � •
<br /> Existing lndehtedness. The words "Existing �ndebtedness" mean#he indehtedness described in the Existing Liens
<br /> pro�ision of#his Deed❑f Trust.
<br /> Guaranty. The word "Guaranty"means the guaranty from guarantor,endorser, surety,or accommodatinn party to
<br /> Lender,including without limitativn a guaranty af all or part of the Note.
<br /> Ha=ardous Substances. The words "Haaardous Substances" mean materials that, because of their quantity,
<br /> concentratinn or physicai, chemica! or infectious characteristics, may cause or pose a present or patentia� hazard
<br /> to human health vr the environment when improperiy used,treated, stored, d�sposed of, gsnerated, manufactured,
<br /> transpo�ked vr otherwise handled. The words "Hazardous Substances"are used in their very broadest sense and
<br /> include without limitat�on any and all hazardous or toxic substan�es, materia�s or waste as defned by ar listed
<br /> under the En�ironmental Laws. The term "Hazardous Substan�es"also includes,without limitation, petroleum and
<br /> petroleum by-praducts or any fraction ther�of and asbestos.
<br /> Imprv�ements. The word "Improvements" means all exis��ng and futur� impra�ements, buil�iin�s, str�ctures,
<br /> mobi�e homes a�fixed vn the Real Prope�ty, fa�ilities, additions, replacements and other construction on the Real
<br /> Property.
<br /> Indebtedness. ThQ word "Indebtedness" means all principal, interest, and athec amounts, costs and expenses
<br /> payab�e under the Na�e or R�lated ❑ocuments, together w ith all renevrrals of, extensivns af, madification� of,
<br /> consolidat�ons of and substitutians far the Note or Re�ated Documents and any amoun�s expended or ad�anced by
<br /> Lender to discharge Trustor's ob�igations or expenses incurred by Trus#se or �ender tn enforce Trustar's
<br /> obligativns under#his ❑eed of Trust,together with interest an such amounts as pro�ided in this Deed af Trust.
<br /> Lsnder. The word "Lender" means First National Bank �f Qmaha, its suGcessors and assigns. The words
<br /> "successors or assigns"mean any person or company that acquires any�nterest in the Note.
<br /> Nate. The word "Note" means the promissary note dated August 20, �D��, In thB or�ginal princ�pal
<br /> a m o u nt of$��,��D.�� frum Trustar tv L.ender,tagether with al l renewals of,extensians vf, mvd ificatians o�,
<br /> refinancings of, �nsolidat�ons of, and substitutivns fvr the promissory nflte ar agreement. The matur�ty date vf

<br /> Personal Prop�rty. Th� words "Personal F'roperty" mean all equipment, fixtures, and v#her articles of personal
<br /> propecty now or hereafter owned by Trustor, and now or hereafter attached or affixed to the Rea� Property;
<br /> together with all accessians, pa�s, and additions to, all �eplacements of, and all subs�itutinns for, any vf such
<br /> property; and tvgether with all proCeeds tinclud�ng without limitation alE insurance pro�eeds and refunds of
<br /> premiums}from any sale or❑�h�r disposition of the Prvperty.
<br /> Property. The word "Property"means collecti�ely the Rea!Praperty and#he Persona�Praperty.
<br /> Rea1 Property. The wvrds "Real Propsrty"mean the real property, interests and rights, as further descrihsd in this
<br /> fleed of Trust.
<br /> Related Documen�,s. The words "Related Dvcuments" m�an all promissory notes, cred�# agreements, Ioan
<br /> agreements, �nvironmental agreemenfs, guaranties, security agreements, mart�ages, deeds of trus#, se�urity
<br /> deeds, co�lateral ma�tgages, and all other ins#ruments, agreements and do�uments, whether nor+v or herea�ter
<br /> existing,executed in connection w�th #he Indebtedness.
<br /> Rents. The word "Rents" means al# present and future rents, re�enues, incame, issues, royalties, profits, and
<br /> other benefts derived#rom the Proper#y.
