<br /> substances: gaso��ne,kerflsene,other flammable or tox�c petroleum products,taxic pesticides and herbicides,
<br /> vo�ati�e so�vea�, materials containing asbestos or formaldehyde, and radioactive materials; �b}
<br /> "Er�vir�or�naeratal�.uw"mean�federal lav�s and laws of�he jurisdiction where the Praperty is tocated that
<br /> relate to health, safet�or environmental pratection; (c} "�rcvirarcr�er�tal Clearcup"includes an�r response
<br /> action, remedia�action, or removal action, as defined in Enviranmental Law; and(d)an "Er��irnr�►ner�tal
<br /> eonditio►�"means a conditi�n that can caus�, contrxbute to, ar atherwise trigger an Enviranmen�al�leanup.
<br /> $orrower shall not cause or permit the pres�nce,use,disposal, storage,or release of any Hazardaus
<br /> Substa.nces,ar threaten to release any Hazardaus Subs�ances,on ar in the Property. Borrower shall not do,
<br /> nar a11o�anyone�ls�to do�anything affecting the Property(a}that is in violation of any E�xv�ronmental
<br /> Law,(b]wh�ch creates an Environmental Condition,or(c}which,due to the presence,use,or release of a
<br /> Hazardaus 5ubstance,cr�ates a condition that ad�ersely affects the value of the Property.The preceding two
<br /> sentenc�s s�.al�not app��to the presence,use,ar storage on the I'roperty of sma11 quantities of Ha�ardous
<br /> Substances that are genera�ly recognized ta be appropriate to normal residential uses and�o maint�nanc�of
<br /> the Property�includ�ag,but nat�imited to,hazardou��ubstances in con�umer products).
<br /> Borra�ver sha�l prompt�y g�ve Lender written not�ce of(a)any investigation,claim,demand, lawsuit or other
<br /> ac��on by any governmenta�or regu�atory agency or pri�ate party involving the Praperty and any Hazardous
<br /> Substance�r Envuonmental Law of�vhich Borrav�er has actual knotiv�edg�, (b}any En�ironmental
<br /> Condi�ion, inclu�ing but na�limited to,any spilling, 1eak�ng,discharge,release or threa��f release of any
<br /> Hazardous SubstanGe,and(c}any condition caused by the pr�sence,use or release of a Hazardous Su�s�nce
<br /> which ad�ersel�affects the value of the Property. �f Borrower learns,or is notified by any go�ernmen�al or
<br /> regulatory author�ty,or any pri�ate party,tha�any removal or other remediation of any Hazardous Substance
<br /> affecting the Property�s necessary,Borrower sha�l prompt�y take a11 necessary remedia�a�tions in
<br /> a�cordance with Environmenta.l Law.Nothing herein sha�l create any obl�gation on Lender for an
<br /> Environmenta.l Cleanup.
<br /> Non-Uniform Co�enants.Borrower and Lender�o�enant and agree as folla�vs:

<br /> Barrawer's breach af any�ovenan�vr agreemen�in this Security Instrument�but nQt prior to
