<br /> 5uccsss�rs and Assigns. Subject to any limita��ians stated in this Deed of Trust on transfer of Trustar's interest,

<br /> ownership of the Property becomes�ested +n a person other than Trustor, Lender, without notice t�Trustor, may

<br /> Gua�anty. The word "Guaranty" means the guaranty�rom guarantor, endorser, surety, or accommodation party to

<br /> Hazsrdous Substances. The words "Hazardous 5ubs�ances" mean materials that, because of their quantity,
<br /> concen#ration or phys�cal, chemical or infe�#i�us characteristics, mey cause or pose a present or potential hazard
<br /> t� human health or the en�ironment when improperly used, treated, stared, disposed af, generated, manufactur�d,
<br /> transpvrted vr otherwise handled. Ths words "Hazardaus Substances" are used in their�ery broadest sense �nd
<br /> include without limitativn any and all hazerdous or tvxic su#�s�ances, materials or waste as defined by vr listed
<br /> under the En�ironmen�al Laws. The term "Hazardous Suhstances" also includes,without limitation� pg#roleum�nd

<br /> Impro�ements, The word "Impro�ements" means all existing and future impro�em�nts, bui�dings, structures,

<br /> Indebtadness. The wvrd "indeb#edness" means all principal, interest. and other amaunts, casts and expenses
<br /> payahle under the Note or Reta#ed Documents, togethe� with al! rengwals of. extensions of. modificativns of,
<br /> consolidations of and substitutions for the Note or Related Dvcuments and any amounts expended or ad�an�ed by
<br /> Lender to discharge Trustar's obi�gations vr expenses incurred by Trustee vr Lender to enforce Trustor's
<br /> obligations undsr this Deed vf Trust, together wi�h interest on such amounts as pr��ided in this Deed of Trust.
<br /> Sp�cifica�ly, without limitation, lndeh�edness includes the #uture ad�an�gs set fvrth in the Future Ad�ances
<br /> pr��ision, #ogether with all interest thereon and all �mounts that may be indirectly secured by the
<br /> Crass-Coliateralization pro�ision a#this Deed of Trust.
<br /> Lender. The word "Lender" means Exchange Bank. its successors and assigns.
