<br /> GRANTOR, TO PROTECT THE PROPERTY AND SFCURITY GIVEN BY THIS DEED
<br /> OF TRUST, HEREBY COVENANTS AND AGREES AS FOLLOWS:

<br /> enforceable by any peraon who may acquire title to the Property

<br /> timea make or cause to be made such repairs, maintenance, renewals, �

<br /> pruned and in good condition. Grantor shall keep the Property free '; "�''`
<br /> of rubbish and free of unsightly, unsafe and unhealthful �
<br /> conditions. Grantor shall comply with all laws affecting the
<br /> Property or requiring any alteration or improvements to be made .
<br /> thereon. Except as required by Lr�w, Grantor shall not, without the � •
<br /> prior consent of Beneficiary, change the architectural character of, {
<br /> expand, erect , remove or diminish any improvements or make any ��
<br /> material alterations in the improvements which action has a material �
<br /> negative effect on the msrket value of the Property. In the event �:�';�
<br /> of any loss , damage or destruction to the Property, whether or not ;�'��:
<br /> covered by insurance, but sub�ect to the provisions of Section 3 �
<br /> hereof, Grantor shall promptly and in a good and workmanlike manner
<br /> repair, rebuild, and restore such loss, damage and destruction, pay
<br /> when due all costs incurred, and keep the Property free from all
<br /> claims, charges, claims of liens, liens, or encumbrances for work
<br /> performed or materials furnished, whether prior and superior or
<br /> �unior to this need of Trust. Beneficiary shall have the right to
<br /> enter upon the Property at any and all reasonable times to inapect
<br /> the same to ascertain whether Grantor is in compliance with the
<br /> terms and provisions of this Deed of Trust.
