<br /> the Nouain� Asaistance Paycnenta Contract and the Housing Asaistance

<br /> TOGFTHER with any and all awards or payments, including intereat
<br /> thereon, and the right to receive the same, as a result of the
<br /> exercise of any right af eminent domain, other in�ury to, taking of,
<br /> or decrease in the value of, the real property and the improvements
<br /> situate thereon; and
<br /> TOGETHER with all right, title and interest of Grantor, if any,
<br /> in and to the land lying in tre bed of any street, road, avenue or
<br /> alley, open ar propoaed, �n front of or ad,joining the real property;
<br /> and
<br /> TOGETHER with any and all water and water rights, ditch and
<br /> ditch rights, reaervair and reservair riRhts, stock or interest in
<br /> irrigation or ditch companies appurtenant to the real property and
<br /> all rights to domestic water for the real property, royalties,
<br /> minerals, oil and gas rights and leases or leasehold interests,
<br /> awned by the Grantor naw or hereafteY used in connec�ion with, �
<br /> appurtenant to ar related to the real property; and �
<br /> TOGETHER with all machinery, fixturea, equipment, apparatus, � .

<br /> by the Grantor and now or hereafter affixed to, placed upon or used �
<br /> in connection with the real property, including but not limited to • �

<br /> TOCETHER with all prepaid water, sewer and other utility feea
<br /> paid to a governmental agency or to a water and sanitary sewer �

<br /> depoaits Grantor has made or may hereafter make with reapect to the ?

<br /> hereafter acquired by the Grantor and used in the ownerahip and

<br /> constructed or to be constructed thereon including, without
<br /> lim�tation, aIl insurance policies and proceeds, escrow accounts,
<br /> business records, trade names and other benefits of and from the
