In each and every such case of default, Beneficiary may exercise any of the remedies available to it under the Loan Documenta, including declaring the whol� of the principal sum hereby secured immediately due and payable, together with accrued intereat thereon in accordance with the Note. It is agreed that time is of the essence in the performance of all obligationa hereunder.
