i <br />1 <br />WHEREAS, an easement is required by the City of Grand Island, from the owner of a tract <br />of land in the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten <br />(10) West, located at 518 North Webb Road, for public utilities; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held August 9, 2016 for the purpose of discussing the <br />acquisition of the proposed public utility easement, as follows: <br />COMMENCING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID SOUTHEAST QUARTER (SE '/) OF SAID <br />SECTION THIRTEEN (13); THENCE NORTHERLY ON THE EASTERLY LINE OF SAID SOUTHEAST <br />QUARTER (SE 'h) A DISTANCE OF 1895.00 FEETTO THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF A TRACT OF LAND <br />DEDICATED FOR RIGHT -OF -WAY PURPOSES IN INSTRUMENT NO.94106304 IN THE HALL COUNTY, <br />NEBRASKA REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE; THENCE WESTERLY ON THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID <br />RIGHT -OF -WAY TRACT A DISTANCE OF 37.00 FEET TO THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF A TRACT OF <br />LAND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN WARRANTY DEED BOOK 91, PAGE 136 IN THE HALL <br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE; SAID POINT BEING THE ACTUAL POINT OF <br />BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUING WESTERLY ON THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID TRACT OF LAND A <br />DISTANCE OF 16.00 FHEET; THENCE NORTHELRY AND PARALLEL WITH THE EASTERLY LINE OF <br />SAID TRACT OF LAND A DISTANCE OF 100.00 FEET TO A POINT ON THE NORTH LINE OF SAID <br />TRACT OF LAND; THENCE EASTERLY ON THE NORTH LINE OF SAID TRACT OF LAND A DISTANCE <br />OF 16.00 FEET TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID RIGHT -OF -WAY TRACT; THENCE <br />SOUTHERLY ON THE WESTERLY LINE OF SAID RIGHT -OF -WAY TRACT A DISTANCE OF 100.00 <br />FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
