Lender is the beneficiary under this Security Instrument. <br />(D) "Trustee" is SAC Federal Credit Union, 7148 Towne Center Parkway, Papililon, NE 68046. <br />(E) "Note" means the promissory note signed by Borrower and dated August 17, 2016. The Note <br />states that Borrower owes Lender TWO HUNDRED TWENTY SEVEN THOUSAND FIFTY AND NO/100 <br />Dollars (U.S. $ 227,050.00) plus interest.
