<br /> Bar Association, is Trustee under the Trust Deed dated May 9,
<br /> 1989, executed by Goodwin Construction, Inc., as Trustor, in
<br /> which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska, i.s named as
<br /> Heneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which Deed was
<br /> recorded as Document No. 88-1025gi on May 18, 1988.
<br /> WHEREAS, the un3ersigned has received from the Five Points
<br /> , Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska, written request to reconvey
<br /> reciting that the obligation secured by such Trust Deed has
<br /> been satisf ied and requesting the undersigned Trustee to reconvey .
