<br />Under Nebraska Statutes, this Trust Deed and Assignment of Rents constitutes a Construction Security
<br />Agreement that secures an obligation, which the Trustor (Debtor) has incurred for the purpose of making
<br />an improvement of the real estate secured hereby and described herein.
