DENNIS NORRIS and PATRICIA A. NORRIS, husband and wife, hereinafter referred to as the "Licensee". 1 . STATEMENT OF PURPOSE. The purpose of this License Agreement is to set forth the terms and conditions under which the Licensee may construct, maintain, repair� and utilize the following described improvement which will infringe upon real estate owned or controlled by the City: A telephone cable crossing the alley between the premises at 110 East Third Street and 115 East South Front Street, Grand Island, H�11 County, Nebraska. Said teiephor_? �ab].P shall be suspended at least eighteen (18' ) feet above the alley surface and all required clearances shall be maintained with respect � to existing and futur� electrical lines and ec�uipment. 2. DESCRIPTION OF LICENSEE"S REAL ESTATE. The Licensee hereby waives any claim for damages against s ,,' the City, its officers, employees, agents and independant ; contractors for any damage or injury that may result to said ; improvement. EFFECTIVE DATE. This license agreement shall take effect on the date it is executed by the Mayor of the City of Grand Island as dated below.
