March 10.2018 <br />0 <br />0 <br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />o '-" r ry " ublic <br />C!) <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, executed by <br />TOMAS MATEO PEDRO AND ISABEL MATEO DOMINGO, Husband and Wife <br />Trustors, to GREAT WESTERN BANK, as Trustee, for the benefit of GREAT <br />WESTERN BANK, the Beneficiary named therein, dated December 31, 2014 and <br />recorded December 31, 2014 as Instrument No. 201408229 in the office of the Register <br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested <br />in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by <br />the endorsement below. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with <br />the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these <br />presents, grant, remise, release, quitclaim and reconvey to the person or persons <br />entitled thereto, without warranty, all the estate and interest derived to said Trust by or <br />through said Trust Deed in the property legally described as follows: <br />The West Half (W1/2) of Lot Two (2) of Stehr's Subdivision, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, EXCEPT that portion deeded to the State of Nebraska Department of <br />Roads recorded December 17, 2001 as Instrument #200112961, records of Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />This Deed of Reconveyance is given on the express understanding and condition <br />that it shall in no way affect the other property described in the said Deed of Trust, <br />which property shall remain subject to the said Deed of Trust. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned Trustee has executed this Deed of <br />Conveyance on the 15th day of August, 2016. . <br />The foregoing instrument was acknowledged before me on this 15th day of <br />August, 2016 by Lee Fritson, Market President of Great Western Bank, a South Dakota <br />Corporation, on behalf of the corporation as such ustee. <br />
