Lautenschlager and Sarah S. <br />• Lautenschlager, husband and wife, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and <br />▪ other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, <br />co <br />convey and confirm unto James B.
