<br />Association), of Hall County, Nebraska, a corporation organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Nebraska, party of
<br />the first part, and Dennis N and Nancy K Seery of 902 Greenfield Ct., Murfreesboro, TN 37128 -4780, party of the second part: Witnesseth,
<br />that the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of Three Hundred Sixty -six and no /100 DOLLARS, in hand paid, receipt
<br />whereof is hereby acknowledged, has sold and by these present does grant, convey and confirm unto the said parties of the second part, the
<br />following described premises, to -wit: Second Addition, Row 19, Plot 6 in Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Hall County, Nebraska, together with
<br />all appurtenances thereunto belonging: Subject, however, to all Articles, By -Laws, Rules and regulations of said Cemetery Association, as they
<br />now exist or may hereafter be changed, modified or enlarged, and the said grantor Cemetery Association for itself or its successors, does
<br />hereby covenant to and with the said parties of the second part and their heirs and assigns, that at the time of the execution and delivery of these
<br />presents it is lawfully seized of said premises; that it has good right and lawful authority to convey the same; that they are free from
<br />• encumbrance and does hereby covenant to warrant and defend the said premises against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever. In
<br />witness whereof, the said grantor Cemetery Association has hereunto caused its corporate seal to be affixed and these presents to be signed by
<br />its President and Clerk the day and year first above written.

<br />instrument and acknowledged the execution thereof to be their voluntary act and deed as such officers, and the voluntary act and deed of the
<br />said Mount Pleasant Cemetery Association, A Cemetery Association. IND
