<br />This Indenture, Made this 14th day of July, in the year of our Lord, 2016 between Mount Pleasant Cemetery Association, (a Cemetery
<br />Association), of Hall County, Nebraska, a corporation organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Nebraska, party of
<br />the first part, and Alice Bellamy of the County of Hall, and State of Nebraska, party of the second part: Witnesseth, that the said party of the
<br />first part, for and in consideration of the sum of Seven Hundred Sixteen and no /100 DOLLARS, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby
<br />acknowledged, has sold and by these present does grant, convey and confirm unto the said parties of the second part, the following described
<br />premises, to -wit: Third Addition, Row 40 (Section H), Plots 39 & 40 in Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Hall County, Nebraska, together with all
<br />appurtenances thereunto belonging: Subject, however, to all Articles, By -Laws, Rules and regulations of said Cemetery Association, as they
<br />now exist or may hereafter be changed, modified or enlarged, and the said grantor Cemetery Association for itself or its successors, does
<br />hereby covenant to and with the said parties of the second part and their heirs and assigns, that at the time of the execution and delivery of these
<br />presents it is lawfully seized of said premises; that it has good right and lawful authority to convey the same; that they are free from
<br />encumbrance and does hereby covenant to warrant and defend the said premises against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever. In
<br />witness whereof, the said grantor Cemetery Association has hereunto caused its corporate seal to be affixed and these presents to be signed by
<br />its President and Clerk the day and year first above written.
