App�i�ationof�aymen�s or Proceeds.Except as o�herwise described in this Sectian 2, a11 payments <br /> accepted and applied by Lender sha��b�applied in the followi�.g arder of priority: �a}�nterest due under the <br /> Note; �b}principal due und�r the No�e;�c}amounts due und�r Section 3. Such paym�n�s sha11 be applied to <br /> each Periodic Payment in the order in which it became due.
