<br /> substances: gasoline,k�rosene,other flammable ar toxic petrol�um products,toxic pesticides and her�icides,
<br /> valatile solvents, materials c�nta.ining asbestos or formaldehyde, and radioactive materials� �b}
<br /> "�r�viro�►ner�tal Law"means federal laws and laws of the jurisdiction v�here the Property is located that
<br /> relate t�health, safety or environmental pro�ectifln; �G} "E�vi�o�rne�tal Clea�c�p"includes any response
<br /> action, remedial actian, or removal action, as defined in Enviranmental Law; and�d)an "Er�vir��rner�tal
<br /> G'or�d�tior�"mean.s a c�ndition that can caus�, �ontribute ta, or otherwise�rigger an En�ironmental C�eanup.
<br /> Barro�ver sha�l nat cause or perm��the presen.ce,use,d��posa�,storage,or release of any Hazardous
<br /> Substances,or thr�a�en to releas�any Hazardous�ubstances,on or in the Pr�perty. Barrower shal�nat do,
<br /> nor a11ow an}�one�lse to do,anything affecting the Property(a}that is in violation of any Env�.ranmental
<br /> Law, (b}�uhich crea�es an En�ironmental�ondition,or�c}�vhich,due t�the presence,use,or release of a
<br /> Hazardous Substance,crea�es a canditian that adversely affects the value of the Proper�y. Th��receding two
<br /> sentences sha11 not app�y to the pr�sence,use,�r starage on the Property of sma11 quantities of�azardous
<br /> Substa.nces that are gen.era�ly recogniz�d to be appropriate to n�rmal residential uses and to maintenance of
<br /> �he Property�including,but not limited to,hazardous substa.nces in consumer products).
<br /> Borrower sha11 promptly give Lender written notice of(a)any in�estigation,claim,demand, lavvsuit or other
<br /> action by any governmental or regulatory agen�y or private party involving th�Property and any Hazardou�
<br /> Subs�ance ar Enviranmental Law af vvhich Borro�er has actual knowledge, (b}any Environmenta.l
<br /> Condition, including but not l�mited to,an�spilling, leak�ng,discharge,release or threat of release�f any
<br /> Hazardous Substance,and�c)any condition caused by the presence,use or release of a Hazardous Substance
<br /> which ad�ersely affects the value of�he Prop�rty. If Borro�er learns,or is notifi�d by any governmental or
<br /> regulatory authority,ar any private part�,th�t any remo�al or o�her remediation of an�Hazardous Subs�ance
<br /> affecting the Property is necessary,Borrawer sha11 promptly ta.ke a11 necessary rem�d�a�actions in
<br /> accordance with Environmental Law.Nothing herein sha11 creat��ny obligation o�Lender far an
<br /> En�iranmental Cleanup.
<br /> Non-Uniform�o�enants.Borrower and Lender c�venant and agree as follo�rs:
<br /> ��. Acceleration;Remedies.Lender sha�� give nntice to Borrawer prior tv acceleration following
<br /> Borroyver's breach vf any covenant or agreement in this Security Ins�rument�but nat prior tv
<br /> acceleration under Sectian 18 unless App��ca��e Law pro�ides otherwise�.The notice shall specify: �a}
