Perry, it's authorized officer, as trustee under the <br />Trust Deed dated 09/30/2010 and recorded on 10/18/2010, recorded as Instrument #201007651; Trust Deed <br />Addendum- Reamortized or Extended Loan dated 10/6/2012 and recorded on 10/26/2012; recorded as <br />Instrument #201208993; executed by Craiq M. McIntyre and Amy M. McIntyre, Husband and Wife, as trustors <br />in which Pinnacle Bank of Central City is named as beneficiary, and said bank as trustee, and in the Office <br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska has received from Pinnacle Bank, the 'beneficiary <br />thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such Trust Deed have been <br />fully paid and that such Trust Deed and the note secured thereby have been surrendered to the <br />undersigned as trustee, for cancellation; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the said <br />bank by and through it's authorized officer as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the <br />person or persons entitled thereto, namely by Craig M. McIntyre and Amy M.
