STATE OF NEBRASKA COUNTY OF ADAMS Succession To Real Property By Affidavit Pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. § 30- 24,129 ) ss. COMES NOW the undersigned, Kathlienne S. Sorahan, and being first duly sworn on oath, deposes and states as follows: (1) On the date of his death, Michael Sorahan ( "Decedent ") owned the following real property as a tenant in common with his spouse, Kathlienne S. Sorahan ( "Affiant "): Lots Six (6), Eleven (11), Twelve (12), Thirteen (13), Lot Fourteen (14) and Fifteen (15) of Capital Hill Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska ( "Real Property "); (2) Affiant is the sole successor to the Decedent's interest in the Real Property as she was his spouse on the date of his death and his intestate estate does not exceed one hundred thousand dollars; (3) The value of the Decedent's interest in all real property in the Decedent's estate located in Nebraska does not exceed fifty thousand dollars; (4) Thirty days have elapsed since the death of the Decedent as shown in the certified copy of the Decedent's death certificate, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A "; (5) No application or petition for the appointment of a personal representative is pending or has been granted in any jurisdiction; (6) Affiant is the claiming successor and entitled to the Real Property by intestate succession; (7) Affiant has made an investigation and has been unable to determine any subsequent will; (8) To the best of Affiant's knowledge, no other person has a right to the interest of the Decedent in the Real Property; and (9) Affiant affirms that all statements in the affidavit are true and material and further acknowledge that any false statement may subject the person or persons to penalties relating to perjury.
