<br />and Wedad A Matrook husband and wife, to West Gate Bank, Lincoln, Nebraska, Trustee, for the
<br />benefit of Heritage Bank, Aurora, NE, the Beneficiary named therein, dated July 18, 2014, and recorded
<br />on July 18, 2014, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, Instrument No.
<br />201404417, and further assigned to West Gate Bank on July 18, 2014, and recorded as Instrument No.
<br />201404418, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this DEED OF RECONVEYANCE be
<br />executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below:

<br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
