<br /> continue as security for the indebtedness modified by this '

<br /> same; nor the waiver by the Lender of any br�ach of any term,
<br /> covenant or agreement be taken or held to be a waiver of any
<br /> succeeding breach er any such term, covenant or aqreement, or as
<br /> a waiver of the term, covenant and Aqreement itself.
