<br />and reconveys to LARRY E. TEICHMEIER and MARY L. TEICHMEIER, husband and wife, Grantee,
<br />the following described real estate (as defined in Nebraska Revised Statutes Section 76 -201) in HALL

<br />Lot Six (6) in Fractional Block Seven (7) in Wallichs' Addition to the City of Grand Island,

<br />This reconveyance is made in satisfaction of the obligation secured by the Deed of Trust recorded in the
<br />Office of the HALL County Register of Deeds, Document Number 98- 104253, on May 5, 1998, pursuant to
<br />Nebraska Revised Statutes Section 76 -1014.
<br />Grantor executes this instrument as Trustee and is not to be held liable in its individual capacity in anyway by
<br />reason of this instrument.
