Sanitary Sewer District No. 539 is hereby created for the <br />construction of an 8" inch gravity sanitary sewer system within Section Eighteen (18), Township <br />Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West and Part of the West 150.00 feet of the the Northwest <br />Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4 NW 1/4) of Section Seventeen (17), Township Eleven <br />(11) North, Range Nine (9) West, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />SECTION 2.
