<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by GREGORY M GAREY
<br />and KATHLEEN A GAREY, HUSBAND AND WIFE to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, Trustee for the benefit of
<br />UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, the Beneficiary named therein dated MAY 15, 1997 and recorded MAY
<br />19, 1997 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, as Document No. 97- 103850 of the
<br />Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid and Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described property:
<br />THE WEST ONE HALF (WI /2) OF LOT ONE (1), BLOCK TWO (2), IN PACKER
<br />AND BARR'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
