<br /> encumbrances,taxes,ass�ssmen�s, Iease paymen�s and any o�her�harges�-elating tfl�he Property when: le�ied
<br /> or assessed against�rantor or the Properry.
<br /> �nvironmenta� Laws and Hazardous �r Taxi� Materia�s. Grantor ar�d every tenan� ha�e be�n, are
<br /> pr�sen�ly and shal� �onti��ue �o be in s�rict �o�npliance wi�h any applicable local, s�a�e and federal
<br /> �n�ir�nmenta�Ia�s and regu�atians. Further, nei�her�rantor nor any�enan�shall manufacture, s�ore, handle,
<br /> discharge or d�spose �f hazardous ar toxic ma�eria�s as may be defined by any sta�e or federai �avsr an �he
<br /> Proper�y, except �a �he �xt�nt the ex�stence of such mat�r�als has be�n presently d�sclased in wri��ng ��
