<br />recorded in Book 161, Page 385 and EXCEPT Lot One (1), M. and W.
<br />Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />The West Half of the Southeast Quarter (W'/2SE' /4) of Section Thirty -Six (36),
<br />Township Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska EXCEPTING therefrom a tract of land more particularly described in
<br />Quitclaim Deed recorded in Book 149, Page 623; EXCEPTING therefrom a tract
<br />of land more particularly described in Survivorship Warranty Deed recorded in
<br />Book 149, Page 622; and EXCEPTING therefrom a tract of land more
<br />particularly described in Survivorship Warranty Deed recorded in Book 158, Page
