<br />Township Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska EXCEPTING therefrom a tract of land more particularly described in
<br />Quitclaim Deed recorded in Book 149, Page 623; EXCEPTING therefrom a tract
<br />of land more particularly described in Survivorship Warranty Deed recorded in
