<br />1, 1998, make, execute and deliver unto Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank, Trustee, a Deed
<br />of Trust wherein said Trustor conveyed the following- described real property:
<br />A tract of land comprising the Southerly Eighty -Nine (89) feet ofthe
<br />Northerly One Hundred Nine (109) feet of the Easterly Sixty -Four
<br />(64) feet of Lot Nine (9) of the County subdivision in the South half
<br />(S 1/2) of the Southeast Quarter (SE1 /4) of Section Sixteen (16),
<br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M.,
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska
<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustor obtained from United Nebraska Bank, Beneficiary of
<br />said Deed of Trust which was recorded on May 1, 1998, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 98- 104131.
<br />On or about May 1, 1998, United Nebraska Bank, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and
<br />beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation. The Assignment was
<br />recorded May 1, 1998, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No.
<br />98- 104132.
<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustor for which
<br />the Trust property was conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Trustor has failed to pay the Beneficiary
<br />payments which were contractually due.
<br />You are further notified that the Beneficiary has elected to declare the entire unpaid principal balance,
<br />together with interest thereon, at once due and payable, and the Trustee has elected to sell or cause to be sold
<br />the real property described in said Deed of Trust to satisfy said obligation.
