John, single person; Joseph M. <br />John and Kay L. John, husband and wife; Teresa L. John aka Teresa L. Green and Bradley C. <br />Green, wife and husband, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other <br />valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey <br />and confirm unto Roderick D.
