Reed and Patricia R. Reed, husband and <br />wife, herein called the grantor whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consideration <br />received from grantees, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Debora S. Roscoe and Brian L.
