<br />RELEASE OF ASSIGNMENT OF RENTS
<br />IN CONSIDERATION of the payment of the debt named therein, THE CIIRISTTAN
<br />CHURCH EXTENSION FOUNDATION hereby releases the Assignment of Rents made by
<br />THIRD CITY CHRISTIAN CHURCH, A NEBRASKA CORPORATION on the
<br />following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />Lot Twelve (12) and that portion of Lot Eleven (11) described as follows: Beginning at the SE
<br />comer of said Lot 11, thence West along the South line of said Lot 11, 80.0 feet to a point on the
<br />Easterly right -of -way line of U.S. Highway No. 281, thence Northeasterly along said right -of-
<br />way, 250.48 feet to a paint on the North line of said Lot 11, thence Southeasterly along said
<br />North line, 20.0 feet to the NE corner of said Lot 11, thence South along the East line ol'said Lot
<br />11, 240.20 feet to the point of beginning, all in Block One (1), in Dickey's Subdivision, an
<br />addition to the city of Grand island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />which is recorded in the Register of Deeds Office as Document No. 85- 002350 in the records of
<br />said county.
