Vice President <br />: <br />x <br />AFTER RECORDING RETURN TO: <br />Pathway Bank <br />PO Box 428 <br />Cairo, NE 68824 <br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Audrey A <br />Piontkowski, a single person, Trustor, to Pathway Bank, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, <br />Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated January 11, 2008 in which Pathway Bank, a Nebraska <br />Banking Corporation, is Beneficiary, said Deed of Trust being recorded January 29, 2008 as <br />Instrument No. 0200800696 of the Records of Hall County, Nebraska, securing an original <br />stated indebtedness of $96,500.00, has been paid or otherwise satisfied and said beneficiary have <br />requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered; <br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of <br />Trust, the undersigned Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons <br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally described as <br />follow: <br />Lot Two Hundred Thirty (230) and the North Twenty -Eight (28) feet of Lot Two Hundred <br />Thirty-One (231) in Belmont, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />which currently has the address of 422 N Custer Ave., Grand Island, Nebraska 68803 <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, <br />at Cairo, Nebraska, this 25th day of July, 2016. <br />The foregoing Deed of Reconveyance was acknowledged before me this 25th day of <br />July, 2016, by Kenneth Wiemers, Ex.
